What kinds of partnerships does The Agentic Index offer?
Four kinds. Trade associations co-publish AI guides we share free with their members and earn a member-resource listing. AI tool vendors get featured editorially and listed as an affiliate across the trades and professions they fit. Local AI consultant networks bulk-list their consultants, with individual sign-up handled on our providers page. Content and media partners use our open data feed (tools.json) and run co-marketing. How does co-publishing work for a trade association?
It is free, with no contract and no co-marketing obligation. You feature our directory in a member newsletter, member portal, or website resources page. We organize tool recommendations by your specific trade, so a plumber sees plumbing-relevant tools and an HVAC owner sees HVAC-relevant ones. If you like, we add a Partner Associations section on the matching trade page that recognizes your group and links back to you. Browsing is free for members, with no account, email, or credit card required.
How does an AI tool vendor get listed on the directory?
Email us with a media kit or program details and tell us which of the 28-plus areas you fit. We list tools on editorial merit first. A program's commission rate never affects whether or how it is listed, and several tools we feature have no affiliate program at all. If you run an affiliate or referral program, we prefer the direct program over an aggregator network. Links open in a new tab and use rel="sponsored noopener" per Google's guidance.
Is there a cost to partner?
For trade associations, content partners, and media partners, no. Co-publishing and the data feed are free. AI tool vendors pay nothing to be evaluated or listed; we earn an affiliate commission only when a reader chooses to sign up through one of our links, which is disclosed on every page. Local AI consultants who want a featured directory listing pay a monthly fee after their first two referrals convert, and that revenue is kept separate from the editorial recommendations.
Can a media or content partner use your data?
Yes. We publish an open, machine-readable feed of the tools we list at theagenticaiindex.com/tools.json, with a companion trades.json. Journalists, listicle editors, and curated-list maintainers are welcome to cite it as a primary source. We can also discuss co-marketing, a guest piece, or a data callout. Who runs The Agentic Index?
The Agentic Index is operated by Agentic Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company founded by James Mills, based in St. Petersburg, FL. It is independent of any tool vendor, software platform, or trade association. The company site is agenticdigital.net.
